We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Process
To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the item you’d like to return. We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Sale or promotional items may also be ineligible for return unless faulty.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or in error.
